At Vant Glass, we aim to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Below is our returns policy for stock and bespoke items:
Stock Items
- We accept returns on all stock items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return delivery.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover handling and processing costs.
Bespoke Made-to-Order Items
As bespoke products are custom-made to your specifications, they are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our team with your order details. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
